OSA Orlando '11 Report

Operation Save America Orlando July 16-23, 2011

We have had quite a time in the vacation metropolis of Orlando, lifting up the name of Jesus and seeing the Holy Spirit direct our steps in amazing ways. The Rescue Rochester team was linked up with a contingent of saints from OSA Connecticut. Marilyn and Carmen with their families and members from Bridgeport are a dynamic duo. They have seen over 2000 babies rescued at their local abortion clinics and nearly 400 souls saved in the ministry on the streets of Bridgeport. The 26 of us were assigned to The All Women’s Health Center about twenty minutes from our hotel. Each day of the event we would be present while this death center sought to dismember little baby boys and girls and wound and shackle their parents in the sin and curse of bloodguilt. We saw three women change their minds and drive away. One admitted she could not go through with it and another drove in and out two times and on the third drove away giving us the V for Victory sign. PTL! However, for other parents, to numerous to count, this abortion mill was the final stop for their babies. We saw the Stericycle truck come into the mill and pick up the little bodies. We called out to the driver trying to convince him of the horror he was a part.  Throughout the week the church and saints from around the nation covered five abortion mills. Planned Parenthood was confronted. We spoke the truth at an evangelical church and at an apostate Universalist Church.

We held an amazing Memorial Service at the steps of the Orlando City Hall for baby Esther. This little one was remembered not as a blob of tissue, to be anonymously discarded as garbage, but as in individual person, whose life was snuffed out too soon.  A sister, who we needed to remember and pay our respects. The service was framed by a Genocide awareness display, a educational outreach. The signs of the horror of abortion surrounded the American and Floridian Flags in the square in front of city hall, signifying that our flag and our nation has been defiled by the shedding of innocent blood. Bloodguilt has surrounded us. This curse is everywhere! Yet as we gathered, the sun rose directly over the spire and cross of a downtown church. This sign showing that our remedy was the cross of Jesus Christ, the Gospel; the only remedy that will cleanse and heal our land.

Salvation visited Orlando, in our hotel, a housekeeper was saved came to our rally that night and dedicated her life to Christ. On the streets, a young couple was led to the Lord at the abortion clinic and came to our service and dedicated their lives to the Lord Jesus. One of the local abortionists came to our rally. He has been under the thumb of affliction and convicted of his need to change, pray for abortionist Randle Whitney.

In other amazing “God Incidences”, after three years of incarceration, Casey Anthony was released from the local jail. OSA was present to connect the dots regarding child murder after birth and child murder through “legal” abortion.  While we were in town, the ten-year legal proceedings of abortionist Pendegraft came to a head. He was found guilty and a judgment of 37 million dollars was awarded the family and the victim of his misdeeds.

We gathered nearly 1000 petition signatures to see the Personhood Amendment placed of the ballot in Florida. This is a legislative initiative that is Biblical and Moral. Instead of seeking to regulate when a baby can be murdered, Personhood seeks to completely end all baby murder, state by state.

This has been an amazing trip and it was a privilege to be sent by you our supporters. Thank-you! One last thing, for years we have been seeking to find a way to engage the black Christian Community. Well our host church, Victorious Living Fellowship and Pastor Victor Morgan hosted and served our gathering in an amazing way. It seems his heart has been joined with Rev. Flip Benham and Rev.Rusty Thomas or OSA. He gave us the keys to his church house. Afforded us the church’s gifted worship leader and team and affirmed our message. His own preaching dynamically flowed with the vision and call of the Lord through Operation Save America. We look forward to seeing and hearing from this fellowship and pastor again. This was so refreshing for us who are used to be held at arms length or greater from local churches in the cities we visit. We remain.
